So how did she do it?
Kourtney attributes her rapid weight loss to fighting off the craving for large portion sizes as well as working out regularly. She danced off the weight, she says, through the cardio-heavy dance exercise routines of fitness guru Tracy Anderson.
The 33-year-old reality television star recently posed in a skimpy yellow bikini last month beside a Miami pool. She now weighs in at only 106 pounds and her small frame can be seen on the cover of US Weekly (pictured above).
The magazine says that the image has not been retouched.
Kourtney is really short, standing at 5'0", no wonder why she is so small! But, it does seem as if she lost the weight in a healthy, normal way - exercising and portion control!
So even after pregnancy, there is no excuse for ladies to let their bodies go!
