Smoothies are Better When You Make Them!


I'm a hugeee fan of smoothies and I suggest making your own. Some places claim to have real fruit in their smoothies but you never know how much added sugar and other not-so-good things are in there. So, if you make your own, you can add what you want and know exactly how healthy it really is.


Pictured below is my mango, banana smoothie that I made earlier:
  • 2 bananas (usually one will do, but I was catching up on not having fruit all weekend)
  • 1 sliced mango
  • 1 yogurt of any kind
  • 1 cup of ice
And voilĂ !

This makes 2 servings. After it was blended, I added 1 Stevia packet in my cup to substitute for regular sugar.
