I signed up at a gym for the first time ever back in December 2011. And in April of this year, I started taking the gym seriously, going consistently and eating better. Now it's six months later and I'm down 30 pounds!
Even though I lost a great amount of weight, I'm still considered "obese" for my age and height. This blog is a way for me to track my progress, post interesting health and fitness articles and connect with others who are also in their journey to slimming down and becoming healthier. I'm in the same boat too. From your first sentence about yourself, I thought I was talking lol
I have been trying to get into a gym and health groove for the longest. I would start to, but then it would kind of die out.

DeleteIt certainly isn't easy. It's hard to start especially being a Spanish girl. Rice and Bread are hard to let go! lol
